We understand that bridal purchases are a big deal. We're so confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our products that we have a global 7 days risk returns policy which applies to all our own Design wedding dresses in white and ivory color and in standard size not over US size 14.
Our Own Designed dresses:
For all our own designed dresses , we can promise it’s exact as the pictures show and in high quality. If you think it’s not exact as the pictures, please contact us in 7 days after you sign it to get a confirmation of return. You should let us to get the dress in 1 week after we make an agreement with the return. We can return you full payment deducting shipping charge after getting the dress. You need bear the shipping freight of sending dress back to us. The package must be sent back as a "retuned dress" with a maximum value of USD8 otherwise I will have to pay taxes at the Customs and they will be deducted from the refund. The returned dress must be in completely new,unworn, good condition (no dirt, no perfume, no lipstick, no cigarette smell, no satin, no damage etc.) and in it's original package.
For all custom-made dresses (made as per customers’ design pictures, drawing pictures, special measurements, special colors and all kinds of special requirements), we cannot accept returns and exchanges because all kinds of fee has been spent and we can’t sell to any other person.
*All dresses are made as per the special measurements provided. Our team is very strictly in controlling the measurements. We make the paper pattern of the dress as per the measurements you provided. We recheck the measurements after the dress is ready to ensure all measurements are all right. However, due to nature of custom orders, when you receive your dress you may need minor alterations. I suggest you plan for minor alterations with help of a local tailor.
I promise all our dresses have high quality. But I can’t promise all dresses can fit perfectly because the measurements provided by you and not us. So it is very important for you to find a Professional Tailor to measure you as per our measuring guide strictly and provide right measurements.
*If you provide us wrong measurements, we don’t accept any return or exchange, but I can provide assist all that I can do.
*If you complaint we make your dress in wrong measurements than you send us, you should wear the dress and find a professional tailor to measure you and take clear photos to prove we make mistake in 3 days after you sign the parcel. If we make mistake indeed, we will remake or fix the dress in right measurements and send it back to you with freight prepaid and bear the freight you send back to us also.If we have no time to remake or fix the dress, you need find a local professional tailor to consult the fixing charge and confirm the fixing charge with us before the dress is fixed by your local tailor. We can bear the fixing charge confirmed by us.
*If your measurements changed due to weight gain or loss, we don’t accept any return or exchange, but I can provide assist all that I can do.
*I understand each bride has a wedding key color. Right color is very important for a bride. So I always try my best to match right colors for customers. But please take a note that different display shows a same color a little difference, a little color difference can’t be the reason for any dispute.
*Although I attempt to represent online colors as accurately as possible, I cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your monitor will match the actual garment.
Variations of light and reflections on the original photograph as well as differences in computer monitors and printers may make color tones appear slightly different
than the actual fabric.
*If you can’t accept a little color difference, please contact us to send fabric color chart for confirmation.
We can't accept refunds or returns on following situations:
**For all custommade dresses and veils (custom made as per design pictures, drawing pictures, special measurements, special colors and all kinds of special
requirements), we cannot accept returns and exchanges because all kinds of fee has been spent and we can’t sell to any other person.
**Rush service fees (if any) are not refundable.Please take a note Shipping cost/Rush order/Plus size/Extra fee are non-refundable. Also note that return shipping/Tax is paid by buyer.
**If you contact me with your return request in longer time than 3 DAYS after the package is signed.
**If you don't return your dress or veil and provide a TRACKING NO in 3 DAYS upon the agreement of return.
** I can't accept a return or refund if the reason is you don't like the style.Please understand. If you are not sure about which style is better for your body type then I
recommend you to visit a local bridal salon and try on similar style. This would help you to make your final decision.
**We will not provide a refund for items that are lost or damaged on their way back to us. The insurance of the parcel is to be paid by the buyer.
**If your event is canceled or you changed your mind.
**If your dress or veil is damaged because of wrong ironing or washing methods.
**If you pass me wrong shipping details.
Return Policy for Veil and accessories:
* If you don't like it, you need send it back with DHL with freight prepaid. You need provide us a DHL tracking no in 3 days after you sign the parcel. We can refund you full payment deducting shipping freight because shipping freight has been used.
*Custom made veil or accessories can't be returned.
